Buttered Potatoes |
| 2 lbs Potatoes 2 oz Unsalted Butter 2 tbls Olive Oil Salt Freshly Ground Black Pepper 1. Peel and slice potatoes paper thin. Rinse well under cold water then dry and slice. 2. Combine butter and olive oil. Arrange slices in two 6 inch frying pans in tight overlapping circles, seasoning each layer with salt and pepper. Continue until all potato slices are used. 3. Cook the potatoes on low heat until golden brown and crispy. |
